Lighting Observation 7

My dorm room, 3/15/19, 9:49pm
I had noticed flashing outside, and saw that a thunderstorm was passing in the distance. Every minute or so, you could see the strikes within the clouds.
The lighting flashing on the clouds made them look almost like a pinkish-purple color. The clouds in the foreground helped to create a bit more of a contrast between the pink that would appear. The lightning created these large pink beams that radiated out from the strike point, making the sky look like a concert venue, with the lights flashing upwards to create their separate beams. It gave off this magical and mystic quality to it, which I found to be very enticing.
