4th Lighting Observation – KS

02/25/2026 – 5:27pm – Outside the Bill of Rights residential tower at Hofstra University
The light I am talking about is the light that was shining against the Bill of Rights residential tower as the sun was beginning to set. It was white-ish light and shone mainly on half of one side of the building.
The light that was shining against the Bill of Rights tower looked like someone had opened a curtain into a bright room just a crack so that only a bit of light would shine through. It embodied the feeling of both ending and beginning at the same time with the end of the day and the beginning of the night.
