Lighting Moment #7

  1. March 22, 10:30am – On a walk in my town with my Dad
  2. It was an overcast day, it had rained the night before so the ground was still wet, and even though it was chilly, it felt warm for March. There weren’t many flowers blooming yet, but the weather has been wet enough so the grass was very green, especially against the gray sky. Everything was just very colorful and had the scent of spring.
  3. The lighting was one of those cloudy days that doesn’t feel dreary. It’s cool and calm and makes you want to go outside. These happen sometimes in the summer and are very refreshing, but they also happen in the spring and both times the brightness but coolness of the gray sky makes me happy and excited to enjoy the day, especially if you get up and out early.
