Lighting Observation 2, Week 6
When/ Where: My dorm room, 12:30am
Objective: Light from microwave falling on wall in tiny squares.
Subjective: Though I’ve used my microwave many times, I usually don’t use it in the dark. I was surprised to see the light fall on the wall in such a clear, clean way. The light was made up of tiny boxes and looked warm but unnatural. I think the unnatural element was largely because the light was a perfect parallelogram on the wall. I can’t look at my microwave the same way anymore.
