This was taken on January 14th on 9th Avenue in Manhattan. While there isn’t necessarily a couple shown in the photo, there is something very romantic about creating a more intimate setting in a bigger, more hectic one. The string of white lights create an intimate and romantic feel that makes this part of Manhattan seem like a quieter and special place. The way the lights hang from the trees create movement with light, and make it feel romantic.
