  2. The string lights hung above my bed
  3. With the overhead lights off, the tiny little string lights were the only source of illumination in the room. They were a crisp yellow color, each small bulb hanging over a printed photograph. The lights were strung from one end of the wall to the other, giving the room a soft amber glow. It barely covered one half of the room, not nearly providing enough light for day to day activities, but it gave a beautiful glow to the room that reflected the hour of the day.
