- Objective: A white spot light shines on the stage, the rest of the stage is lit with red light. A man stands on the opposite side of the light, shadowed in red.
- Subjective: A question creeps across the stage. The light shines, calling to the man standing on stage. It beckons him. It expects him. And yet he stands there. Immediately, there is a rebellion created. His utmost refusal to move rejects the expectations of the lighting, the brightness that beckons. Yet he stays in the shadows. He stays in a silent rebellion.
