- I took this photo around this time last year while on a trip to Spain. This photo wasn’t actually taken at night. We were inside a big cave – in a canoe for most of it – and there was no natural light. They added lights of course, but it was still damp and dark down there. It felt separate from earth and made you feel like it was night time. After the tour when we final stepped back out into the light I had forgotten it was daytime. The whole thing felt like a nighttime adventure and when you stepped out and remembered that you still had a lot of day left to enjoy, it felt amazing. It was so interesting how just the lighting can change your whole perspective of time.
