11th Lighting Observation – KS:

  1. 04/21/2026 – 1:39pm – Berliner Hall (In a lecture room)
  2. The light I am talking about is coming from the back of a computer monitor. It is a green flashing light.
  3. The flashing light gives the feeling of alarm, but without danger. The need to be noticed but not because of anything negative. The green color does not really give off the idea of danger.
