3) DESCRIPTION: The sun glistens over the horizon, peeking through flat clouds, wishing a good night to the creatures that live below and kissing the still water as a good morning to the nocturnal beauties arising. Shading the path in the grass, it gates the bay in safety, keeping strangers out with its coming darkness. The light still remaining ripples down the center of the water– a sparkling path to the land. Its amber beam splits the bay, radiating a salmon glow that gradates into a purplish-blue. The lavender and blushing streaks of sky will soon make way for black as the setting sun says its last goodbyes.
