- I was on vacation in Hawaii back in 2024 and attended a Luau, a traditional Hwaiian gathering. While the hula dancers were performing, I noticed the sunset behind them. The sunset gave me a feeling of comfort. Having strangers from all around the world experience the day turn into night while enjoying Hawaiian traditions gave me a sense of community. The bright orange color from the sun makes the silhouette of the trees and dancers so much more present. The blue sky just barely blending in with the orange light provided by the sun creates a form a juxtaposition.
