10th Photo Theme: Four Seasons

1) A Fall sunset in Vermont

  • Medium purple R049, Parry Sky Blue R68, Deep Straw R15, all at Full with High Beam intensity and Low Ambient Light.
  • I really liked this photo because of all the vibrant colors it presents, how it reflects off the water so seamlessly, and how it’s full of rich color.

 

2) Spring sunrise in a Gothic Cathedral

  • Deep Straw R15 at Full for lights 1,3,5,6 and White Light at 50% for lights 2 and 4 at High Beam intensity and Low Ambient Light.
  • I really liked how it reflected onto the cathedral, and you can see each shadow in the photo, which makes it more beautiful to look at.

3) Noon on a hot Summer day in Hawaii

a.)Twice a year in Hawaii, L?hain? Noon (aka Zero Shadow Day) makes the Sun sit right overhead at noon. For a brief time in May and July, shadows vanish ? completely. It's

  • Deep Straw R15 at Full for lights 1,3,5,6 and White Light at 50% for lights 2 and 4 at High Beam intensity and Low Ambient Light.
  • Now this one was my favorite yet, because the way I hung the lights perfectly, like the photo, and the way it is also placed, looks so cool and makes the photo look warm and lively.

4) Winter afternoon in Chicago (This is Snow not Sand)

  • Twilight Blue R075 at Full for lights 1, 2, and 3 and White Light at Full for 4,5, and 6.
  • This one is more simple but still gives off that cold lighting effect that the photo is trying to give off. It was different from some of the other ones I saw which is why I decided to use it and I like how you can see each individual  shadow throughout.
