THEME : St Patrick’s Day
DESCRIPTION : I chose this photo first and foremost for the color. I love how the green is a beacon of focus in an otherwise dark landscape. I also enjoy how the green has an almost electric presence against the dull blue. The angle of the light is also extremely interesting to me. The upward angle creates a foreboding, almost mischievous mood which well reflects the shenanigans that many get into on St Patrick’s Day.

4) DESCRIPTION: The light from the rainbow gets swallowed by the trees encouraging the viewer to be curious and look inside. It could lead to a pot of gold, and the feeling of being lucky enough to find treasure in broad daylight resembles St. Patrick’s Day.

2) OBJECTIVE DESCRIPTION: I adjusted my desk lamp.
3) SUBJECTIVE DESCRIPTION: While I normally have my desk lamp facing away from my work so the light bounces off of the wall, I noticed that the light was too dim and I could not see what I was doing. As soon as I turned the lamp, my peripheral vision was blinded by its light, but my homework was fully illuminated.
